• Avoid wearing your jewellery while swimming, showering, exercising, or washing up.
• Keep away from chemicals such as perfumes, cosmetics, and cleaning products, as well as abrasive surfaces that may scratch the gold layer.
• After wearing, gently rinse in cold water and pat dry with a soft 100% cotton cloth.
• Gemstones such as opals are delicate and should not be submerged in water.
• Store each piece individually in an airtight container to prevent tarnish and scratching.
• Chains should always be stored flat or hanging to avoid tangling or kinks.
• Treat your jewellery with care, as vermeil is a fine layer of 18K gold over sterling silver.

Over time, the gold layer on vermeil will naturally wear with regular use. To restore your pieces to their original brilliance, we offer a dedicated replating service – so you can continue to love and wear them for a lifetime.
